Send a link, image, notes, or choose a Shopify product so Shiplox can review supplier fit, MOQ, landed cost, and samples.
Compare product cost, shipping, lead time, MOQ, sample options, and custom packaging before approving the next step.
Preview Shopify orders before importing them into Shiplox, with duplicate protection for orders already imported.
Shiplox prepares orders, records shipment status, and writes tracking updates back to Shopify after dispatch.
Submit return, refund, or replacement shipment requests from the same account used for sourcing and fulfillment.

Shopify capabilities
Shiplox does not force merchants to connect Shopify before getting a product answer. Shopify becomes useful when a merchant wants product drafts, controlled order import, and tracking writeback.
Shiplox is free to install and use. Shiplox has approval to charge merchants outside the Shopify Billing API for variable physical goods, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping costs approved by the merchant.
