Shiplox does not charge merchants for installing the Shopify app, using the dashboard, submitting product requests, connecting a store, reviewing quotes, importing orders, or accessing support.
Shopify billing information
Shiplox is free to install and use. There are no app subscription or usage fees. Shiplox has approval to charge merchants outside the Shopify Billing API for variable physical goods, fulfillment, packaging, and shipping costs approved by the merchant.

App charges stay free
Off-platform invoices are only for approved goods, fulfillment, packaging, shipping, returns, or reships.

Shiplox has approval to charge merchants outside the Shopify Billing API for physical goods and operational costs because shipping rates and fulfillment costs fluctuate. These charges depend on product type, quantity, supplier pricing, package size, weight, destination, carrier, route, and service level.
Merchant approval
Shiplox shows the relevant quote, invoice, or support request details before a merchant approves payment. The amount can include physical goods and operational costs, but it is not an app subscription or software usage fee.
Product cost, quantity, shipping, packaging, and fulfillment scope are shown before approval.
Shiplox does not add a separate app access charge outside Shopify Billing.
Shipping can change by carrier, destination, parcel weight, route, and fulfillment requirements.
